amazing staffcomfy roomworking showerhot water
the staff was amazing, they helped me find a parking space easy. the room was big and comfy, it even had a tv with netflix. i thinks this place is brill.
the ensuite bathroom had no working shower, and no hot water. i asked to change room but they asked me to use a communal shower on the lower floor. that wasnt fun.

the location was good. it was near the central pier. the room and the decor looked ok. the bedding was clean. i found the bed comfortable.
the shared toilet had a broken seat. only one toilet roll was there. the paint job wasnt neat. the room was overpriced considering it wasnt peak season.

The staff was helpful, and the location was convenient. I could easily walk to coral island. there was a lounge area and a bar, a bonus. the food menu in the bedroom had reasonable prices, though i didn't purchase anything, and the bed was comfy and warm!

the staff was very kind and attentive, particularly the gentleman with dreadlocks. he. he did everything he could to help us, and i appreciated that.
I was not happy with the cleanliness. I noticed some hair on the bedroom floor. also, i found a lollipop stick on the bathroom floor, not ideal.

the hotel is close to the sea front, easy to take walks. there was also unrestricted on-road parking available nearby for my car, great. i easily found a spot.

the host on the phone was really nice when i called because i was running a little late. he let me know i had plenty of time to arrive. he explained the parking options and door codes before i arrived.
